It's an oxymoron.
So let me step through what happened.As previously posted I sent the additional paperwork to New Orleans last Tuesday.
On Thursday the passport office in New Orleans received the paperwork.
On Friday Daniel's passport was processed, issued, and mailed to us along with all original documents.
Yesterday (Monday) we received his passport and all supporting documents.
Seriously hard to believe.
